polygamy

i have more than one spouse
i’m actually not sure how many
but since 15th february 2006
i’ve had at least one more
than the one i’ve had since 1994

on that date i saw of montreal
and kevin came out in a wedding dress
and said we had to get married
first
so we did

i’m not sure if it’s just him i’m married to
or him and the rest of of montreal
or him and the band and the few hundred others
who were there too

not that i’m complaining or anything
it was a great show
but this marriage is going to take
a long damn time to consummate
never mind trying to figure out whose turn it is
to do the dishes or clean the catbox
